Maxham Farms does not require a contract or a written agreement for our services. Our services are “at will” and can be terminated at any time.
We never like a customer to leave us but sometimes circumstances dictate that they must. If service is terminated an invoice for services provided thru the termination date will be issued and is due within 7 days of termination.
Our normal payment terms are:

| 🏡Landscape Projects | 50% Due in Advance 50% Due upon Completion |
